Our Quality PolicyWholegrain milling Pty Ltd is Australia’s largest organic processor of stoneground flours from 100% organic grains. This ancient method of milling grain is designed to satisfy market demands and customer requirements. Wholegrain Milling Pty Ltd processes organic grain into flour and is a processor and distributor of a small packaging range of organic and Bio-Dynamic food products that is labelled under the business name of Demeter Farm Mill and Mr Wholegrain. It is our policy that the product we sell will conform to our stated corporate standards, regulatory codes and practice requirements, company specifications and to specific customer requirements. We recognise that our attention to quality. Consistency and continual improvement is of key importance to overall customer satisfaction and efficient operation of our processing facility. Our quality system is designed to conform to the requirements of the internationally recognised AS/NZS 9001:2000 Quality Management System integrated with the HACCP principles of food safety management.
